Are they headed to anything in particular, or all just on the move generally? They look to be all men, and all going in the same direction.

So, is this an organized event of some sort? Is there a purpose? A good sized group and it looks like it might even be a cloudy morning .. . perhaps a bit cooler and good for running.

Well today is friday and the jumat prayer is not until around 1 pm so it must be something else

This looks like the best time to run. Yeah, why all men? Maybe the women get their exercise some other ways.
